Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the European Union, please contact us at info@foottable.eu before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@foottable.eu. If possible, please include photographs of the package and the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Oversized Products
Certain products, such as official Foot Table tables, arenas, and other oversized equipment, may require specialized shipping due to their size and weight.
Delivery times and shipping methods for these products may vary depending on the destination. Any specific shipping arrangements will be communicated before dispatch when applicable.
